Online.net Dedibox server with 100% uptime in the last 18 months for €8.99 / month !

If you want to run a reliable server without emptying your wallet, online.net is the place to be. I don't understand where all these negative reviews ...

come from. Might be from the competition, who knows. People that complain that they had to wait 24 hours before their server got rebooted are clueless. Even when you can't authenticate on your server, you can still reboot it or shut it down and later start it back up from the admin webinterface provided by online.net ... so why would you wait x minutes ?!? In 30-60 minutes it is re-installed with the OS of your choice and restore your data from backup. The times that I had to contact support was with questions about billing. I received an answer an hour or two later. Even when the question was asked at 22:00 hours CET ! In short I highly recommend online.net !

Great support

I accidentally deleted my entire website (my fault), and my backups weren't working properly, but they managed to provide a backup and support within ...

record time. Saved me from a panic attack. Truly appreciate that! Some cons: a bit slower than my previous BlueHost, but definitely far less expensive. Also uses the latest MySQL on VPS only, not shared hosting.

Not good at all

I am using arvixe since 2017. It always had some problems but usually they fixed it in a day or so. 2014 has been a nightmare. A lot of problems that ...

left us with no mails at all. And finally since 24/4 we are 30% of the time with no mails AT ALL and we cannot receive mails from Gmail!!! Support everytime tell me that the problem will be solved and that is escaleted to the admins and that they will inform us when everyting will be ok. After 4 days the ticket automatically closes with no feedback. We are seinding again, the same answer, the ticket closes after 4 days. This is going on for the last 3 months... I ve asked for a refund but they say it is not at their policy. I believe that they are going to close soon... This is not a serious company, they are con artists. We are searchinf for another serioug hosting company. STAY AWAY.
