You will have to apply yourself in getting things sorted, but they will hold your hand. r my game server and VPN setup. Ordering was simple, but full provisioning took 2 days with the custom tweaks I requested—worth it though, as they handled all managed aspects. Server's been bulletproof: CPU maintains clocks under sustained 80% load, plenty of RAM for VMs, SSD is reliable for quick boots/logs, and the copper port delivers consistent 1Gbps with low jitter to APAC. Had a midnight issue with firewall rules; support was online 24/7, walked me through it remotely. No complaints now that it's humming.

Bad Service

They charge me twice. and no no chat option no email option no call option very bad service, even you can't cancel subscription. please never buy IONO...

Attempted multiple times to purchase a bare metal server from them. Even contacted sales. Agreed to the contract but shortly after they simply cancele...

d because apparently they "couldn't verify my identity". They never asked for any verification documents but simply canceled the service. Had to chargeback through my credit card since they did in fact charge me for service they never provided. Refused to elaborate or try and resolve the issue
